FHIR R5

FHIR R5 is the current latest published version of FHIR. It introduces a ton of new resources and also has significant revisions some resources which were in R4B and earlier. Depending on your use case, FHIR R5 may allow you to lift some of your data out of cumbersome extensions and into native FHIR.

To try out the ZapEHR FHIR R5 API, send us an email at [email protected]. We'll get you a new account you can configure with FHIR R5. When you log into the Developer Console for the first time, you'll be prompted to pick a FHIR version for your project:

Users

While you could always do this with the API, you can now invite and manage Users in the Developer Console.

New Landing Page

When you log into the Developer Console you will now be greeted with the new landing page:

This should make it easier for you to:

  • Copy your Developer access token to use with the Postman Collection from the docs.
  • Jump out to the ZapEHR docs and API reference.
  • Navigate quickly to different services in the Developer Console (FHIR, IAM, App, ...).
