We've made improvements to FHIR Search for complex date searches and searches with a high number of parameters.

RCM

RCM service now supports checking insurance eligibility for specific procedure codes. See the docs for an example.

Telemed

Telemed now allows for anonymous meeting participants. This creates more flexibility in the workflows you can build on Oystehr.
