Summary

This release delivers the ability to make Lab Orders and introduces an AI Interviewer to conduct a preliminary dialogue with patients after basic paperwork is collected.

Laboratory testing services are now available for order placement by providers.

An innovative AI chatbot will conduct patient interviews to collect necessary information.

The release also includes improvements to Scheduling, Insurance Management, Telemedicine, and Patient Information flows. Lab ordering and result handling have been enhanced with better diagnosis mapping, coverage handling, and user-based practitioner assignment. Scheduling is now more reliable with fixes to activation and availability issues. Insurance workflows are improved with expanded carrier options and prefill fixes, while telemedicine gains new paperwork prefill and participant management features. Numerous bugs and validation improvements strengthen patient records, visit notes, and EHR workflows.
