Employees & Provider List

Employees can have 'Staff', 'Manager', and 'Administrator' roles, which give them different abilities in the EHR. A Provider is an Employee with the Provider role. Currently this role is only meaningful in the context of Virtual/Telemed usage in that they will have access to Telemed portions of the EHR and can be selected as a provider for prospective virtual patients.

Provider Schedules

Providers can set schedules of availability for each day of the week in one hour windows. For each window, they can specify how many slots there are for patients to schedule. Later (below), they can set an override for specific days, such as a holiday, without needing to alter their basic schedule.

Provider Schedule Override

Providers can override their base schedule by providing dates and hours on specific dates to override with. This is typically done to specify vacation or other leave times.
