Scheduling A Visit For The Future

Whether the patient wants an in-person consultation or virtual, they can select an upcoming time slot from a calendar of slots configured by the provider.

For the Virtual/Telemed flow, there is an additional requirement to select the location you are booking from to make sure you view a schedule for the providers.

Once a time slot has been selected, the patient selects the patient managed in their account for the upcoming visit.

If a previously created patient was set up, the next screen will be a birthday confirmation screen to make sure you've selected the correct patient.

After that, you are prompted to update patient information. Or if "Different family member" is selected, a new patient is added to the user's account and you are prompted to enter their information.

Once the patient information is saved, a confirmation screen for the date/time and location selected will be presented.

Once the visit details have been saved, a screen detailing the visit will be displayed along with a prompt to complete the paperwork in advance. From here you are also able to modify or cancel your visit. The check-in time has already been booked at this point, so completing paperwork will not block obtaining care.
