Staff experience

The staff experience is meant for those tasked with managing the inflow of patients, both pre-booked and walk-in, to a physical location. The tracking board acts as a quick reference about who is expected later in the day in the “Pre-booked” tab, Who is already In Office (Arrived pre-booked patients, or walk-in patients), Completed, and Cancelled appointments.

For each section information about the readiness of the patient to be seen is displayed. For example, whether the paperwork is complete with all of the information required. Also, there is information about how long a patient has been waiting, who should be the next patient assigned to a provider, whether the patient has a condition severe enough to warrant taking them out of order.

All of this is meant to quickly prioritize and process the incoming patients as efficiently as possible through their visit.
